2. Regular email

If you don’t want to pay for an email program like the one listed above, you can use your regular email such as Gmail, MSN, or other types of emails. All you have to do is give your Virtual Assistant the access and she can go in and manage your email just like you have in the past.

You should schedule times to do this so you’re not in there at the same time. This can cause problems if both of you are in there at the same time and you update something at the same time. Scheduling time will save you headaches in the future.
